On the Tracks of Time
Aditi

In a tunnel, you have set stations/cultures and there is only one way in. As you are exposed to more cultures and you go along the tracks you move into a more expansive space where it feels easier to breathe and creates an accepting environment. The different train tracks represent the different time stamps that each train starts at, but there is an expectation they arrive at the same time.

Thriving Together
Falguni

It’s possible if you take care of people and others around you, if you listen and pay attention, and if you just help one another.

Am I Scared?!
Farnaz

This image and the immigration journey is a game that will finish. You should have your active participation in immigration and integration. In the process of immigration, you need to spend your energy on finding your balance. No matter whether you are enjoying or shouting or getting scared, it will finish—and finally you will find peace and calm.

Canadian Sanctuary
Arash

This scene illustrates a surreal atmosphere, capturing the rich multicultural essence of Canada, where diversity is not just present but celebrated. It shows a fantastical melding of various cultural architectures, where the spires of a church seamlessly transition into the domes of a mosque, symbolizing unity and coexistence. In this imaginative landscape, iconic symbols from around the world interweave, creating a vibrant tapestry of hues and designs. Each element contributes to a larger, harmonious picture, representing a sanctuary that is distinctly Canadian. This tableau reinforces the idea that by integrating myriad perspectives and traditions, we can create something not only beautiful but profoundly aesthetic and inclusive.

Life Style
Gabriel

An image of a man wearing a helmet riding a bicycle across a bridge, observing a park on his way to the university. One of the feelings this image evokes is a sense of gratitude for the things and opportunities that immigration has provided. I would like others to think about the appreciation of the spaces we have, especially green spaces. Value the active lifestyle and the opportunities for an active lifestyle. "Seize the day!"

Grow and shine

Thorns and Roses

Jinsun

Making my life in Canada is like tending to a rose garden. There are thorns and scratches along the way, but the end result is beautiful, lush roses, and I'm trying to get to see those roses the next year and the following etc.

Fly High
Elinam

Navigating two cultures kind of feels like a journey. It's very treacherous at first; along the way you have these temperature changes and different climates and food. Once you get to the other side you realize that life isn't so bad after all and you can appreciate the world more for what it is.

Ripple Effect
Luciara

This image symbolizes the essence of small actions leading to significant outcomes. A small pebble creates ripples that can be felt across a lake. Similarly, small actions by each of us create ripples through the immigration system and helps us create more inclusive workplaces and societies.

The Search

Kleiber

The importance of learning to overcome the difficulties that are encountered. The word would be: adaptation. Learning to adapt when you are seeking something new.

Between Two Worlds
Anonymous

The person represented in the image needs to be in both worlds, and their place is in the middle. It's a matter of balance. Depending on the situation, you might lean more towards one side or the other, but the idea is that it balances out. Both sides are necessary.

Bridging Worlds
